Our Parts Advisors have over 35 years collective experience as Tail Lift Engineers working within our own Tail Lift Service department. Drawing from this wealth of experience allows us to identify the part the customer requires faster, and allows us to offer the highest levels of service and technical support. 

We can also offer help and advice to our customers own Service Engineers if required.

We probably hold the largest UK stock of Tail Lift & Shutter Parts at our National Parts Centre and audit our stock monthly, constantly adjusting stock levels to enable us to respond to our customers requirements more effectively.

We also hold a huge amount of Tail Lift Parts for The Ray Smith Group who unfortunately went into receivership recently.

Our Managing Director, David Conman sits on various industry work groups and was instrumental in the writing and in the production of “A simple guide for Tail Lift Operators.” The working group behind this publication also consisted of The Health & Safety Executive, Tail Lift Manufacturers, the Insurance Inspector Sector and the SOE and it was created to clarify Tail Lift maintenance and LOLER requirements.
