Hinged Ramp Assembly (Aluminium)

This Ratcliff Hinged Ramp/Hinged Roll Stop Assembly fits most Ratcliff Column Tail Lifts with aluminium platforms and with a capacity of 1000kg, 1250kg & 1500kg.

Suits Ratcliff Tail Lift models: RV1007/RV1507, RQ1008 & RQ1007/RQ1507

This Hinged Ramp to Form a Stop is used as the run up ramp and also locks in an up-right position to form a safety roll stop. This prevents the helps prevent the load falling off the tail lift platform.

Over a prolonged period of use the pins and links that the main flap pivots on become warn and results in the flap not firmly standing upright and compromises the lifts safe operation. The existing Hinged Ramp then requires removal and a new Ramp bolting on in its place. (Bolts need to be purchased seperately if needed)

There are x 2 of these Hinged Ramps bolted onto a platform and each Hinged Ramp plate measures 295mm x 950mm.
