Q How can I establish the make and model of my Tail Lift?
A. A manufacturer’s identification plate should be visible when facing the tail lift however if this is missing our Parts Advisors will be only too happy to assist you.

Q. Where can I find the serial number on my tail lifts?
A. Serial Numbers can be found stamped on manufacturers name plates located on the Tail Lift. If the name plate is missing a stamped number can usually be found on the near side of a Column Tail Lifts or on Cantilever Tail Lifts the number can usually be found stamped on top of the main beam on the off side.

Q. What information do I need when ordering Tail Lift & Shutter Parts?
A. You will require Part Numbers. If you do not know the Part Number then our Tail Lift & Shutter Parts Manuals can be used to help you. However we would advise that after finding a part number from the manuals you confirm the number is correct with our Parts Advisors prior to ordering. If you cannot find or do not know the Part Number our Parts Advisors will be happy to assist you in identifying the part you need.
